Free Clipart Images Relaxation

Get yourself in a comfortable position and close your eyes: Put a hand on your tummy. Feel it rise up and down as you take deep breaths in and out. Start with your feet. Give your toes a wriggle and then relax them. Focus on your legs. How do they feel? Squeeze the muscles in your legs and then relax them. Focus on your back. How does it feel? Feel your back relax. Focus on your
neck and shoulders. How do these feel? Take a deep breath and relax them. Wiggle your fingers. Squeeze the muscles in your hands and arms and then relax them. How do they feel now? Feel your face and head. What expression do you have? Use your muscles to frown, then smile and then relax. Take a few moments
to now feel your whole body. When you feel it is time to wake up, you can open your eyes.
What does it feel like to be relaxed?
Can you ever do nothing? How do you know when to relax? Is being
calm and relaxed always good? Can you ever be too relaxed?

Hello Panthers!

12th June

Half Term

I have added the White Rose maths worksheets to this page for the week beginning 13th July , click on the lesson you would like to open. There is also a link to the videos or you can go directly to the website to access the videos.

On this page you will find suggested work for you to complete at home. Some work is on DB Primary (you all have your login details) on the Home learning Pathway. Other work and activities can be accessed through the websites and links shown on this page.

I have attached a suggested weekly timetable and for you, this is also Pinged to Parents and Carers every Monday morning. If you can, try and do some maths and English every week day and remember to include some physical activities as well.

You will find some resources from Hackney Learning Trust with a variety of activities that don't need internet access.

I am providing a range of activities so that you and your grown ups can choose what is best for you, some are completely online like Oak Academy and BBC Bitesize, whereas others such as Hamilton rely much less on using a computer.  You do not have to complete them all.

There is also a link to prayer space resources for you to use at home if you would like to.

I will miss being with you and will keep in touch through the website and DB blog.
